Disability Support Workers & Personal Care Workers - Disability and In-Home Aged Care

We are hiring Disability Support Worker and/or Personal Care Assistant looking for casual, flexible shifts within the NDIS and/or Aged Care sector. Join the Conexson family today to deliver quality care to multiple SIL houses, In-Home care clients and/or within Residential Aged Care facilities across the Northern Rivers, NSW.

What we offer?

Your role:

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance in SIL and in-home settings
• Assist with community access, transport, and social participation
• Support clients with meal preparation, light household duties, and domestic assistance
• Promote independence, dignity, health, and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate documentation and report client progress

You must have:

• Minimum 6 months experience in Disability Support or Aged Care preferred
• Certificate III in Individual Support or higher
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Full Driver's licence + reliable car
• COVID & Flu vaccinations (Aged Care only)
