We are looking for a factory foreman with Cabinet making/Joinery trade background and previous experience ideally in commercial joinery.

Minimum 3-5 years of cabinet making/joinery trade experience required.

Trade certificate qualification required.

Must have strong leadership and team coordination skills, excellent knowledge of factory workflow, production planning and machinery.

Previous factory management or supervisory experience preferred.

Sound understanding of WHS/OHS compliance and risk management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and strong organisational ability

Forklift licence essencial
