About the role

Pinnacle Signage (pinnaclesignage.com.au) is a family owned signage manufacturer based in Wagga Wagga, NSW. We specialise in high-quality safety and custom signage with a strong focus on fast turnaround times, reliable service, and genuine customer care.

Right now, we’re on the lookout for a motivated team member to join our Production team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our production running smoothly, maintaining high standards of safety and quality, and supporting our continuous improvement efforts.

What you'll be doing

Operating our flatbed and roll to roll printers.

Laying up products accurately for production and ensuring the proper alignment of materials.

Laminating signs to ensure durability and high-quality finish.

Cutting and shaping signs using our Zund CNC routers, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and targets.

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols at all times.

Managing sign production timelines and ensuring projects are completed within deadlines.

Undertake other general factory and workshop duties as required.

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in sign making and/or sign writing helpful but not required.

Strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise cutting, shaping, and laminating of signs.

Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.

A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
