The role

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations & Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team at Elenktis Business Hub. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the execution and optimisation of our core business operations, ensuring seamless delivery and a superior customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, identifying and implementing improvements to streamline processes and drive efficiencies

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate the successful implementation of strategic initiatives and new projects

Monitor key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision making

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and identifying opportunities for growth

Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for

Proven track record of 5+ years in a similar operations management or business implementation role, preferably within the accounting/professional services industry

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and adapt to changing priorities

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and leverage key performance indicators

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Minimum of 1 year of experience leading a team of 2 or more people is required

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Operations Management or a related field

A Bachelor's degree qualification is required

Bachelor's degree must be in Business or a related business field
