The Role
We’re seeking a results-driven Business / Operations Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations across multiple venues (excluding marketing). You’ll improve efficiency, control costs, drive performance, and support the rollout of new franchise locations across Australia and overseas.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee FOH and BOH operations, with a sharp focus on COGS, wages, and food quality

Monitor and deliver on KPIs: labour %, COGS, wastage, profitability

Lead franchisee onboarding and operational setup

Develop and implement training systems and SOPs across venues and franchises

Coach and hold venue managers accountable, building a high-performance culture

Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and compliance

Partner with founders on strategic projects and expansion plans

What You Bring

Solid hospitality operations experience, ideally multi-site

Proven success in controlling COGS, wages, and KPIs

Experience developing training programs and scalable systems

Strong leadership and commercial acumen

Hands-on approach with a track record of lifting standards
