About the Role
They are seeking Australian-qualified employment lawyers to join our team on a casual basis. This role is ideal for legal professionals who are looking to supplement their existing income or work more flexibly without the pressures of billable hour targets or business development.

You’ll be engaged to support a range of general employment legal matters, with work allocated directly by the Law Practice Director. There is some requirement for client-facing responsibilities but the core focus will be on delivering high-quality legal work within your area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing and advising on a wide range of employment law matters

Assisting with general employment matters

Managing your workload efficiently and meeting deadlines

Producing clear, practical, and commercially sound legal advice

Requirements

A minimum of 4 years’ post-admission experience (4+ PQE) in employment law

Current, unrestricted Australian practising certificate (mandatory)

Solid experience in general employment law is essential

Ability to work independently with high attention to detail

Own laptop and secure internet connection

Comfortable working remotely and using online practice management systems
