We're looking for confident and experienced Collections Officers to join our friendly and small team in Bundall on a casual contract where you can work hours that suit you! If you are parent that requires more flexible hours, or are a University student looking for holiday work, then this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of overdue customer accounts

Make outbound and take inbound calls to negotiate payment arrangements

Send and manage follow-up communications (emails, SMS, and letters of demand)

Record accurate case notes and update internal systems

Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant legislation (e.g. National Credit Code, Privacy Act)
