From breakfast through supper, our kitchen team brings creativity and passion to every dish.

With a small, close-knit kitchen, we're looking for a Head Chef who thrives in hands-on environments and enjoys leading small teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape menus, influence the direction of the venue, and be part of a team that values both excellence and balance.

About You

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef in a similar style venue.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team in a fast-paced kitchen.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Strong knowledge of seasonal produce, contemporary food trends, and menu costing.

Experience with stock control, inventory management, and kitchen budgeting.

Passion for hospitality, creativity, and continued professional growth.
