Skills and Experience:

Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) preferred

Previous experience in a busy kitchen (wok experience a plus)

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Passionate about food, teamwork, and creating memorable dining experiences

Calm under pressure and adaptable during busy services

Strong knowledge of dietary and food safety compliance

Reliable, positive attitude with a growth mindset
