Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Ensure proper use and care of kitchen equipment and utensils maximising on safety.

Uphold food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean, hygienic and organised work area.

Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly, politely, and respectfully.

Take initiative, accountability and responsibility for your work; autonomously setting and maintaining high personal performance standards of excellence.

Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment with a cheerful, sociable, and well-presented demeanor.
