Cptn Jack’s is a stunning waterfront restaurant delivering relaxed-but-refined dining with a creative, share-style menu and a vibrant cocktail program. We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen crew and help us keep raising the bar.

About the role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll:
Lead your section with consistency and care
Uphold high standards of prep, plating, and service speed
Support senior chefs with menu execution and seasonal changeovers
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices
Contribute to a positive, team-driven kitchen culture
About you
2+ years’ experience in a similar role in premium a la carte or fine dining
Reliable, organised, and detail-driven
Calm under pressure, with strong communication skills
Passionate about food, flavour, and continuous improvement
