Rocco's Bologna Discoteca is hiring a part-time Chef de Partie for the fun trattoria, right in the heart of Fitzroy. We’re a buzzing, playful restaurant that oozes passion for all things Italian, and we’re on the lookout for a talented chef to join our team.

What we’re looking for:

At least 1 year of relevant kitchen experience

Part-time availability

Full Australian working rights (this role will not be offering sponsorship)
