GKB Impact is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the team in Bunbury, with potential future growth into other regions across Gnaala Karla Booja region.

Currently, the team consists of multiple divisions, including Heritage, Land-based Enterprise, Environment, Business Development, and supporting Administrative roles. The ideal candidate will have had exposure to the operations within some or all of these industries with the ability to provide high level support and strategic guidance.

About the Role

Working closely with the GKB Impact CEO and General Manager, the Operations Manager will contribute to the broad management of the team, as well as design and implement projects and initiatives that look at boosting team morale and gaining efficiencies across the business.

Essential Criteria

Proof of Aboriginality will be required to be eligible for the role.

Experience working with Traditional Owners.

Qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management / or a similar role.
