Part-Time Nurse / Receptionist – Dental Specialist Practice

Location: Toowoomba
Hours: 5-day fortnight (Part-Time)
Pay: Competitive pay rate, based on experience

We are a small, specialist practice with a strong focus on patient care and professional excellence. Our boutique team prides itself on creating a competitive, calm, and supportive environment for both patients and staff.

We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Nurse/Receptionist to join our close-knit team. This dual role will see you providing both clinical support to our Periodontist and front desk assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Chairside assistance during specialist procedures

Sterilisation, infection control, and surgery preparation

Patient care and communication before, during, and after treatment

Reception duties including appointment scheduling, patient records, and payments

Liaising with referring dental practices and suppliers

Supporting the team in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment

About You

Warm, caring, and professional manner with patients

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask in a small team setting

Prior dental assisting or reception experience preferred

Certificate III in Dental Assisting (desired but not essential)

Experience with dental software (Dentally) advantageous
