At Dental Seasons, we provide a wide range of general dental services with a strong focus on health, comfort, and personalised care. About the Role

There is flexibility with this role which allows the opportunity to work across both the clinical and front desk sides of the practice depending on your preference. Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting the dentist chairside with a variety of general dental procedures

Ensuring high standards of infection control and sterilisation protocols

Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and instruments

Welcoming patients and ensuring they feel comfortable throughout their visit

Managing reception duties such as appointment bookings, phone calls, and payments

Supporting patients with queries and treatment information

Contributing to a positive, team-focused environment where patient care always comes first

This position can be tailored as either casual or permanent part-time, depending on your preference.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings warmth, initiative, and adaptability. Ideally, you’ll have:

Previous experience as a dental assistant and/or receptionist

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A professional, positive, and down-to-earth personality

Confidence in building rapport with both patients and colleagues

Excellent communication and people skills with a genuine passion for patient care

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, friendly manner

A team-oriented mindset with plenty of positive energy
