Established over 40 years ago, ENZED Adelaide is a proudly family-owned business that’s been delivering quality service and practical solutions to valued clients for decades. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Workshop Assistant to join our friendly and professional team.

About the Role

Store or retail experience will be highly regarded, as you’ll play an active role in serving customers, promoting our products, and helping grow the ENZED brand through great service and initiative.

If you’re mechanically minded, good with your hands, and take pride in your work, you’ll fit right in. Experience in the mechanical or hydraulic industry is an advantage — but not essential. We value attitude and willingness to learn above all.

A Day in the Life

You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks, including:

Serving customers in-store and over the phone.

Promoting ENZED’s range of hoses, fittings, oils, and accessories.

Preparing and assembling hose fittings and components.

Processing orders and transactions.

General warehouse and forklift duties.

Using computer systems to manage stock and customer orders.

Upholding OH&S standards and keeping a tidy workspace.

What You’ll Bring

Strong communication and customer service skills.

A proactive, team-first attitude.

Good numeracy, literacy, and computer confidence.

Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in your work.

Mechanical interest or hands-on experience in a workshop or trade environment (desirable).

Previous store, retail, or counter sales experience (highly regarded).
