Fantastic opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join this rapidly growing Australian retail conglomerate based in Sydney. They are a trusted brand with an excellent reputation, further establishing themselves as an industry leader.

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting decision-making across the organisation. This role will see you working closely with senior stakeholders, providing meaningful analysis, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the month-end process, including variance analysis, accruals, and performance reporting
• Provide commercial analysis across pricing, promotions, and product margins
• Partner with operations to review retail labour models, rosters, and productivity metrics
• Deliver insights on store profitability and cost optimisation
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to build budgets, forecasts, and scenario models
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility across key business drivers

About You:

• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders
• Attention to detail, with a proactive and collaborative approach
• CA/CPA qualified or currently studying (advantageous)
