The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding meals, overseeing kitchen operations, and maintaining the highest culinary standards aligned with our commitment to excellence.

What you’ll be doing

Create, prepare, and present exceptional dishes that maintain consistent taste, texture, and visual appeal.

Plan innovative and seasonal menus in collaboration with management, optimizing cost-effectiveness.

Monitor food costs, implement strategies to minimize waste, and achieve budget targets without compromising quality.

Lead, select, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a motivated and high-performing team.

Ensure all food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly followed.

Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot kitchen equipment to comply with health and operational standards.

Demonstrate cooking techniques, advise on preparation procedures, and discuss food issues with management, dietitians, and staff.

Freeze, preserve, and store foods according to proper guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
