Administration and Accounts Assistant (Chatswood, Pool Servicing Business)
About the Role:
We are an established and award-winning pool servicing and renovation business based in Chatswood. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Administration and Accounts Assistant to manage our day-to-day office functions and support financial operations. This is a full-time role offering excellent flexibility.
Work Details:
Location: Chatswood, NSW.
Hours: Full-time, with core hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Flexibility: We offer flexible start/finish times and the opportunity for some work-from-home days after training.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Support: Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, process payments, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
Administration: Manage general office administration, including filing, correspondence (email/phone), job schedule management, and ordering stock.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial and business records such as insurance, registration and licensing schedules, business performance reporting, and team performance reporting.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in a dedicated administration or accounts support role.
Exceptional organizational skills and a strong commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner.
Knowledge of Xero accounting software is highly preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
