About the role

As the Weighbridge Operator at Complete Metal Industries, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the company's weighbridge and associated administrative processes. This full-time position is based in Ingleburn, NSW, and is essential in supporting the organisation's logistics and inventory management.

What you'll be doing

Accurately weighing incoming and outgoing vehicles and materials using the weighbridge

Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all weighbridge activities

Liaising with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders to provide timely and professional service

Performing data entry and administrative tasks related to the weighbridge operations

Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanour at all times

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Weighbridge Operator or in a similar role within a logistics or industrial environment

Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate weighing and record-keeping

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders

Proficient in data entry and the use of relevant software applications

A flexible and adaptable approach to work with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
