About the job

The Salesforce Product Owner will lead and evolve Orygen Digital’s Salesforce platform; including Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Scheduler, and other integrated applications that underpin the work of our internal teams and support the delivery of MOST, Orygen Digital’s flagship youth mental health service.

Reporting to the Head of Product and Service Development you will:

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Orygen’s Salesforce platform and integrated staff tools, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and system best practices.
• Manage and prioritise the Salesforce backlog, balancing user needs, business priorities, and platform performance while overseeing technical risks, licensing, and costs.
• Design scalable, compliant Salesforce solutions through hands-on configuration, architecture definition, and collaboration with engineering teams on complex integrations.
• Partner with clinical, implementation, and research teams to gather requirements, co-design user-friendly solutions, and drive staff adoption through training and communication.
• Provide strategic oversight of Salesforce releases and DevOps processes, maintaining high standards for testing, security, and reliability across deployments.

Skills and experience

The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, Lead, or Consultant with strong skills in solution design, configuration, integrations, and release management (e.g., CI/CD pipelines).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Flows, Permissions, Object Models, and related platforms such as Health Cloud or integrated staff tools.
• Skilled collaborator and communicator with experience engaging diverse stakeholders, working in agile product teams, and delivering practical, high-quality Salesforce solutions.

This is a full-time, 12-month contract with potential to extend.
