The Product Manager role here is responsible for defining, building, and optimising products that align with the company’s strategic vision and customer needs. Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities.

Ensure product initiatives align with overall company objectives.

Product Planning & Execution

Translate high-level strategy into detailed requirements, data models, and user stories.

Prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.

Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, customer support) to ensure product success.

Act as the voice of the customer within the company.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product progress, risks, and opportunities.

Data & Performance Tracking

Define success metrics and track product performance against goals.

Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and market trends.

Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and continuous improvement.

Go-to-Market & Adoption

Partner with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market plans.

Ensure smooth product launches and measure adoption and retention.

Drive customer engagement through product enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Design, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in product management or a related role with coaching available

Proven track record of managing a product through its lifecycle.

Experience working in [industry/domain — e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, fintech].

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achievement of product roadmap milestones.

Customer satisfaction (NPS, CSAT).
