• Lucrative salary structure - Up to $140,000 (experience dependent)

About The Role:
You will be working with a tidy and well maintained mixed use portfolio.

• Liaising with Owners Corporations as required
• Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
• Convene and conduct meetings
• Attending networking events

About you:
Candidates with relevant related experience within the Owners Corporation space will be considered.

Ideal but not essential.

• 1 + years experience in Owners Corp industry
• Ability to manage diverse portfolios
• High attention to detail and administrative skills
• Understanding of Owners Corp Legislation and related regulations in VIC
• Experienced in building and maintaining strong client relationships
