About the Role

Working with Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows 11, and related technologies, this role drives adoption, integration, and optimisation of end-user platforms while collaborating with stakeholders to improve staff technology experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and configure secure, scalable solutions across M365 and related platforms
• Support integration of M365, Intune, Windows Hello for Business, and Windows 11 with enterprise systems
• Prototype, configure, and develop technical solutions to meet project objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure optimal technology adoption
• Review security artefacts and documentation to meet compliance requirements
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to staff on M365 capabilities and best practices

Skills & Experience

• Experience architecting M365, Intune, Windows 11, and Windows Hello for Business solutions
• Hands-on experience with M365 administration including Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and enterprise adoption strategies
• Knowledge of SAML, OIDC, and ADFS for secure authentication flows
• Experience operating in complex hybrid cloud environments with multi-vendor teams
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills

Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Existing Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
