Montessori Early Learning Seacliff is a 40-place family-owned and operated Montessori centre seeking multiple Educators to join our experienced team!

The Role:

Full-time, part-time and casual positions available

Working in either our Transition (2-3 years) or Preschool (3-4 years) room

Cert III or Diploma qualified, completed or working towards

Be guided by our experienced team

Build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their caregivers

No Montessori experience is required for this role.

About the Service:

Well-resourced Montessori service operating in Seacliff for 20+ years

Licensed for 40 places (no national corporate vibes here!)

Independent, locally owned and operated centre

Catering for children from 2 – 5 years old (no children under 2)

Opening hours approx. 7:15am until 5:45pm, Monday-Friday

3 ECTs on staff, where only 1 is required

Average tenure at our centre for permanent staff is 10 years

Owned and operated by Jason and Nina, who have two children under 4 years, and are passionate about children’s education and care.

Role Requirements:

Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent, or already be working towards the qualification

Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain

Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain

RRHAN-EC Mandatory Notification Training or willing to obtain

Be confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
