Murray Bridge Community Children’s Centre (MBCCC) is a 62-place service that has been providing quality care for over 30 years to children from 6 weeks through to school age. We also offer OSHC and vacation care programs. Our purpose-built centre has a homely feel, with large natural outdoor play settings that inspire learning and exploration.

Minimum 6 months of experience in early childhood education is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong, respectful, and responsive relationships with children.

Partner with families to support each child’s learning and wellbeing.

Implement and uphold the service’s policies, procedures, Code of Conduct, and philosophy.

Collaborate with colleagues to support continuous improvement across the service.

Work in line with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, the National Quality Standard (NQS), the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and the ECA Code of Ethics.

Support the implementation of contemporary, research-informed practices.

Promote workplace health, safety, privacy, and confidentiality.

Assist team members across all areas of service operation.

Undertake additional duties as directed by the Director.

Requirements

A Diploma or Degree qualification in Early Childhood Education (educators currently working towards a Degree are encouraged to apply).

A current Working with Children Check (to be obtained before commencing).
