Join a leading international design studio celebrated for its refined approach to luxury hospitality and high-end interior design. We’re looking for a Project Leader to join the Melbourne team, someone who thrives on collaboration, has an eye for detail, and can lead projects from concept to completion with precision.

Reporting to the Project Director, this role will see you managing complex interior projects across all stages; coordinating design intent, technical delivery, and client communication, ensuring every detail aligns with the studio’s creative vision.

Key Responsibilities

Lead interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity and quality delivery.

Oversee project planning, scheduling, and documentation across all phases.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to maintain profitability and efficiency.

Coordinate consultants, contractors, and suppliers to achieve seamless project delivery.

Prepare and lead client presentations, ensuring ideas are communicated clearly and persuasively.

Support and mentor designers within the project team, fostering a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

Maintain strong client relationships and represent the studio professionally in meetings and presentations.

Skills and Experience

Degree qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.

Minimum 6 years’ experience working on high-end commercial, hospitality, or F&B interiors.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong technical documentation and coordination skills.

Exceptional communication and organisational abilities, with proven client-facing experience.

Solid understanding of project budgeting, contract administration, and delivery processes.
