They have a strong pipeline of technically challenging work and a rapidly growing reputation in the High Voltage sector; they are now looking to continue their expansion by bringing on motivated individuals to support with this.

This is the ideal move for someone who's spent the last few years coordinating site teams, materials, and schedules in the field and are now looking for exposure to bigger projects, more structure, and career development.

The Role:

• Assist with the full project lifecycle planning, procurement, site coordination, and delivery
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and scheduling across live job sites
• Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, and supervisors to ensure work is delivered safely and on time
• Monitor progress, update documentation, and help manage quality and compliance
• Support issue resolution and real-time problem-solving on site
• Step up over time to take on your own project scopes as part of a clear development path

Requirements:

• Electrical trade qualification with site experience (Highly regarded)
• Experience as a project coordinator or project manager with a small-to-mid-sized electrical contractor
• Comfortable managing site logistics, subcontractors, and materials
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, plans, and construction delivery
• Looking to grow into a senior project management role
