About the Role: You will be responsible for managing construction projects from planning through to handover, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. The current project is a $30M mixed-use development, comprising high-end apartments built over a supermarket. You’ll be working alongside a highly regarded and experienced Site Manager, making this an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a strong on-site leader. The role requires confident leadership, clear communication, and a deep understanding of construction methodology and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of project delivery, from pre-construction through to final completion
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants
• Monitor budgets, timelines, safety compliance, and quality standards
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues proactively
• Provide consistent reporting and updates to senior management

Ideal Candidate:

• Min 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role within commercial construction
• Strong understanding of Australian building codes, OH&S, and contracts
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent planning, budgeting, and risk management skills
• Tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related discipline
