To be successful you must have the following:

• Tertiary qualification in Building/Construction or a relevant trade background
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar Site Management role
• Strong construction knowledge and a thorough understanding of project delivery
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and get the best out of teams
• Strong relationship management skills with subcontractors, consultants, and clients
• Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling and programming
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management, attention to detail and commitment to safety
