About the Position:

Are you a friendly and organised individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist (background in assisting a plus) to be the smiling face and welcoming voice of our practice. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional service from the moment they walk through the door.

Qualifications/ Team Fit:

-Previous experience as a receptionist or assistant is desirable

-Minimum of 1+ years dental reception experience required

-Motivated to learn and accomplish tasks

-Exceptional customer service skills

-Professional grooming and presentation

-Organised, tidy and attention to detail

-Proficiency in computer software including work and excel

-Intermediate level proficiency required in Word and Excel functions

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Australian work rights required for this position

Hours:

3-4 days a week, no weekends or late nights.

Competitive renumeration rate commensurate with experience
