We’re looking for a Front Office Reception / Guest Services Agent to be the welcoming face of our resort and create memorable guest experiences.

What you’ll do

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.

Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and phone enquiries with efficiency.

Maintain accurate guest accounts and process transactions carefully.

Communicate clearly with colleagues to ensure seamless handovers.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to deliver smooth stays.

Support the team with a variety of tasks—no job too big or small.

What you’ll bring

A positive, enthusiastic attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.

Previous front office experience in a hotel, resort, or timeshare (preferred but not essential).

Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with reservations/front office systems (preferred but not essential).

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays across a 7-day roster.

Paid under the current Hospitality Award.
