As a Technical Specialist (BDM), you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

PLEASE NOTE; Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an Automated Interview and Sales Assessment as part of the screening process.

Highlights of the role:

  • Leverage your technical expertise to support and enhance our sales efforts
  • Collaborate closely with our Inside Sales and Customer Service teams to maximise sales conversions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions that address our customers' unique needs


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in technical sales, business development, and relationship management within the industrial sector
  • Proven experience in solution selling and a deep understanding of the manufacturing and production industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently to drive results
  • Commitment to ethical and professional conduct in all customer interactions


Qualifications:

  • Relevant technical sales background with a strong understanding of industrial products and solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of success in a similar technical sales or customer-facing role
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer needs
  • High level negotiation skills with ability to close sales
