Join us as a Lease Management Coordinator, where you will work within the Property team to provide timely and quality property lease administration services for commercial lease agreements, license agreements and any other arrangements.

Detailed, team player and great with people: Here’s who we’re looking for.

  • You ideally have exposure in property lease administration including reviewing, analysing, and interpreting contracts and legal documentation however we are also open to someone from a property administration, legal administration or finance administration background.
  • You are comfortable working across multiple IT systems and have exposure to
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • You are enthusiastic, a team player, who can also work autonomously.
  • You are resilient with the ability to coordinate, prioritise and manage competing demands.
  • You are adept at quickly building and maintaining effective working relationships.
