Your new role

As an Electrical Isolation Coordinator, you will work closely with Project and Production Managers to ensure the safe and successful execution of all electrical isolation requirements across major projects. You'll play a key role in supporting health, safety, environmental, and quality initiatives in line with company policies and procedures.
What you'll be doing

• Implement and oversee day-to-day electrical isolation activities
• Maintain accurate records and logs of isolation procedures
• Conduct employee training and refresher sessions
• Liaise with customers and assist in developing isolation plans
• Review and update procedures annually
• Monitor compliance through scheduled audits
• Ensure all lockout equipment is accounted for and in serviceable condition

What you'll need to succeed

• Trade qualified with a current Electrical Licence (NSW preferred)
• Strong knowledge of electrical isolation procedures in the Australian construction or industrial sectors
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and communicate requirements effectively
• Proven problem-solving skills in complex environments
• Strong organisational and delegation capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, and general computer systems
