The Role

• Early Childhood Teacher Coordinator Position
• Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and implement creative and engaging educational programs
• Ability to create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for all children
• Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks to support with programming and planning for children's interest and development
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a positive team environment

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s in early childhood education and care & NESA Accreditation (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Full time position, 10am – 6pm daily
• Prior experience in a similar leadership position is essential
• Current Working with Children’s Check
• Valid first aid & CPR, food safety supervisor and child protection certificates

This centre caters to children between 3 to 5 years old, it is a medium sized service based within a spacious property filled with stimulating learning resources. The team are seeking a passionate ECT to work as their Coordinator throughout the year and during term time. This is an opportunity to take leadership of the program in the service and create a warm learning environment for the children.
