About the Role
They’re seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing team and lead subdivision and road infrastructure projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating crews, and ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on subdivision and roadwork projects
• Coordinate earthworks, drainage, utilities, and pavement construction
• Manage and motivate site crews and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients to meet program targets
• Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks, and reporting

About You

• Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising civil subdivision or roadwork projects
• Background with a Tier 2 or reputable civil contractor preferred
• Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, and pavement construction
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
• Current driver’s licence and relevant site tickets
