The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager / Superintendent to join our dynamic team and lead electrical operations on a major project in Orchard Hills.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a large-scale project for the next two years, managing teams, resources, and technical execution with a focus on safety, compliance, and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision: Lead and direct electrical teams on-site, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to all relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Project Coordination: Oversee all electrical aspects of the project from planning to completion.

Resource Management: Ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials.

Leadership & Training: Manage performance, provide mentorship, conduct reviews, and identify training needs.

Technical Support: Offer expert guidance and resolve technical issues promptly.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

What We’re Looking For

Extensive Experience: Proven track record managing electrical operations on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. Minimum of 3 years experience as an electrical site manager/superintended

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage skilled trades teams effectively.

Technical Knowledge: Strong foundation in electrical engineering and construction practices.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Commitment to Safety: Deep understanding of safety regulations and practices in the electrical field.
