About the job

Maintaining contacts with regular customers and following up on sales opportunities.

Processing customer orders, providing quotes, and coordinating deliveries.

Providing product information and consultation on product selection.

Providing attentive and friendly service to customers at the counter, over the phone or online.

Maintaining accurate records of customers and ongoing projects.

About you

Strong work ethic and customer oriented.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in counter sales or customer service of construction or industrial products preferred.

Intermediate skills in using of MS office suite, Instagram and Facebook for business.

An advantage with additional language skill in Chinese, Korean or Vietnamese.
