About the Role
In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be working closely with the CEO, sales team, and external partners, helping to drive efficiency and improve workflows.
Expect to be involved in:
Sales Support & Administration: Keep the team organised, manage inquiries, and ensure seamless sales operations
Quotations & Proposals: Assist with preparing sales quotes and ensuring accuracy in pricing and documentation
Market & Supplier Research: Stay ahead of trends, research venues and suppliers, and support sales strategy
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter, more effective ways of working
Communication & Coordination: Be the key liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders, writing meeting minutes, reporting, ensuring we stay on track
Who We're Looking For
We're after someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to take initiative. You'll be the type of person who naturally keeps things running smoothly, whether it's behind the scenes or in front of clients. Here's what we're looking for:
A self-starter with a passion for organisation and streamlining operations
Experience in sales coordination, events, administration or similar roles
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or related field is required
Solid understanding of event planning and venue logistics (bonus points if you're already in the industry)
Confident communicator who builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
Exceptionally organised with razor-sharp attention to detail
Cool under pressure and able to juggle competing priorities with ease
Solutions-focused mindset: you're not just identifying problems, you're solving them
Proficient in Microsoft Office, HubSpot and other CRM platforms
Advanced PowerPoint skills: able to create compelling, data-driven presentations with custom branding, animations and visual storytelling
Australian work rights are required for this position
