The Role: Cellar Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Cellar Supervisor to join our Cellar Operations team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day cellar activities, supervising a shift team, and promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

You will report to the Cellar Foreman and Cellar Operations Manager, and play a key part in optimising team performance and maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead cellar operations and team members during assigned shifts

Ensure all work complies with Food Safety, Quality, OH&S Policies, and Safe Operating Procedures

Coordinate tasks and workflows to meet production targets

Provide training and guidance to cellar team members

Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability

What You’ll Need

Prior experience supervising or leading work teams

Strong team management and training capabilities

Certificate III in Wine Industry Operations and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

A current driver’s licence (travel between sites required)

Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis
