✨ Store Supervisor

As our Store Business Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind MiniYama’s success.

Your role will include:

Hiring, on-boarding, training, and rostering staff

Supervise day-to-day operations of the kiosk through policies and procedures, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service

Oversee the Sweet Maker's output, ensuring sweets and cakes meet standards

Manage stock levels, ordering, and wastage control

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally

Maintain compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations

Assisting in social media and marketing initiatives

What we’re looking for:

Previous supervisor experience in a café, kiosk, or retail food environment

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting

Knowledge of food safety, stock management, and customer service best practices

Positive, team-oriented attitude

Matcharista

Our Matcharistas and Team Members are the heart of the customer experience.

You’ll be:

Preparing and serving premium matcha drinks with skill and consistency

Greeting and engaging customers warmly to create a calm, memorable experience

Supporting day-to-day operations including service, cleaning, and stock rotation

Maintaining a high standard of presentation and professionalism

Handle POS transactions and cash accurately

Ideal for: Hospitality lovers with barista or customer service experience who want to be part of a boutique, high-end brand

Sweets Maker

MiniYama will also offer our “Sweet Creations” cake range to complement our drinks.

This role involves preparing and preparing sweets to a high standard according to recipes, ensuring consistency and quality, and maintaining food safety and kitchen cleanliness.

Ideal for home bakers or pastry chef students looking to be part of a premium hospitality concept.
