Role: Associate Salesperson – Prospecting Focus | Selling Principal’s Team
Location: Inner Brisbane | Full-time

This Associate Salesperson position is perfect for an ambitious, energetic professional who thrives on connecting with homeowners, generating leads, and building relationships that lead to listings.

About the Role

As the Associate Salesperson, you’ll work closely with the Selling Principal to identify new opportunities within the market. Your primary focus will be prospecting and lead generation, reaching out to homeowners, maintaining consistent follow-up, and supporting the team in securing new listings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and connect with homeowners daily to uncover selling opportunities
• Build rapport through calls, door knocking, and database nurturing
• Manage and update the CRM with leads, contacts, and follow-ups
• Support the Selling Principal with listing preparation and presentations
• Conduct market research and prepare CMAs (Comparative Market Analyses)
• Attend open homes and community events to increase brand visibility
• Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to execute listing campaigns

About You

• Confident communicator with a passion for people and property
• Motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed in real estate sales
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with homeowners
• Holds a current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or prospecting preferred
