Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Property Management team member to join our dynamic office. We are looking for a motivated Property Management Associate with a passion for learning and growing in the real estate industry. In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced Property Managers, gaining hands-on training and comprehensive exposure to every aspect of property management.
Key Responsibilities
Team: Be an interactive Property Management team member and be a part of daily operations and business processes.
Communication Skills: Act as a key contact for tenants, owners, and tradespeople, maintaining clear and professional communication.
Reception & Administration: Provide front desk support and general administrative duties. Prepare leasing agreements and other tenancy paperwork with accuracy
Application Process: Manage tenancy applications, conduct reference checks, and assist in securing quality tenant placements.
Property Inspections: Schedule and conduct onsite inspections to minimise vacancy times.
Routine & Entry Inspections: Complete routine inspections and entry condition reports, ensuring properties are well-maintained and ready for new tenants
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Previous exposure to real estate or property management is welcomed but not essential.
Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and excellent organisational abilities.
Professionalism: A professional, honest, and reliable approach with a strong work ethic.
Industry Knowledge: Some understanding of property management and the local property market is advantageous but not required.
Licences: Current Queensland Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain) and a valid driver’s licence.
