About the Role:
As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key part in creating exceptional customer experiences. From helping clients find the perfect piece to maintaining the store's presentation, you'll bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and pride to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional, personalised service to every customer

Achieve individual and store sales goals

Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards

Assist with stock handling and store operations

What You'll Bring:

Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service

Confident communication and strong interpersonal skills

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

An appreciation for quality and attention to detail

Jewellery experience is an advantage, but not essential
