ABOUT THE ROLE:
Flexibility as a casual/part time clinician. You ultimately have the flexibility with your scheduling and hours, depending on the arrangement. Up to 25 hours on offer (Mon-Fri). To start as soon as possible. Permanent part time also considered.
Deliver thorough evaluations and tailored clinical recommendations to assist clients living at home in community care settings with daily living activities, transfers, fall risk management, equipment needs, pain management, and ongoing therapeutic interventions.
Exhibit adaptability and responsiveness to the needs of Refine Healthcare and aged care facilities, ensuring all practices align with your professional clinical scope.
Opportunities to work with NDIS/HCP/Aged Care/Residential Care/Private clients.
Hybrid working arrangements, including the option to work from home if seeing community client's, emphasising a healthy work-life balance.

WHAT YOU NEED:
Relevant tertiary qualification and current registration with AHPRA
1-2 years experience as a clinician in community or residential care settings desirable, however new grads also welcomed to apply
Eligibility to work in Australia
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Current National Police Check
Excellent communication, clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
Be self motivated with a high level of communication, organisational and time management skills
Be able to work independently and as a member of a team
Own car and drivers license
