We are now seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team on a part-time basis, providing tailored physiotherapy and pain management services to clients in their homes.

Role Overview

As a Community Physiotherapist, you will provide mobile physiotherapy services to clients across Adelaide and surrounding suburbs. Your focus will be on improving mobility, function, and quality of life through evidence-based interventions including exercise programs, education, and therapeutic massage for pain management.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive mobility and functional assessments.

Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy and reablement programs.

Deliver massage therapy techniques to assist with pain management, muscle relaxation, and circulation improvement.

Provide strength, balance, and falls prevention programs tailored to client goals.

Educate clients and families on safe movement and injury prevention.

Recommend assistive equipment where appropriate.

Liaise with Care Managers, Nurses, and Support Workers to ensure holistic care delivery.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress notes.

Essential Criteria

Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.

Experience in community, aged care, or rehabilitation settings.

Competence in manual therapy and massage for pain relief.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Current Driver’s Licence, Police Clearance, and reliable vehicle.
