Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a passionate team of design and sales consultants, fostering their professional development

Drive luxury showroom operations while maintaining exceptional presentation and service standards

Manage high-value client relationships from initial consultation through to project completion and installation

Develop comprehensive design proposals, detailed costings, and compelling client presentations

Oversee bespoke installation projects and coordinate with premium suppliers to ensure seamless delivery

Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clientele

Negotiate complex projects and contracts while achieving ambitious sales targets and KPIs

Represent the business at industry events and maintain position as a market leader in luxury residential design

Skills & Experience

Tertiary qualification in Interior Design with demonstrated experience in luxury residential projects

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in high-end interior design with strong portfolio showcasing refined design capability

Proven sales success with experience managing significant client relationships and commercial negotiations

Leadership experience with ability to inspire, develop and manage team members effectively

Advanced proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva

Excellent presentation skills with confidence engaging high-net-worth clients and stakeholders

Strong business acumen with experience in project costing, proposal development, and commercial delivery

Availability for five-day working week including one weekend day on rotating roster
