The Opportunity:
Step into a senior role that goes beyond typical studio work. You’ll be directly involved in early concept planning, DA submissions, and implementing construction efficiencies for some of QLD’s most exciting multi-residential developments. Reporting to an experienced Design Manager, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and influence projects at multiple stages while growing your career within a thriving builder/developer.

• Lead design and DA submissions for large multi-residential projects
• Collaborate closely with consultants and senior leadership to influence project outcomes
• Apply your construction knowledge to ensure designs are practical, efficient, and high-quality

About you:

• Registered Architect with multi-residential experience
• Proficient in Archicad
• Driven to take your career to the next level
