The Role:
We’re looking for an Internal Spare Parts Salesperson to provide exceptional customer service and support across our product range. Whether helping a customer with trailer brake parts, caravan accessories, or automotive fittings, you'll be a trusted source of knowledge and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in and phone customers with product advice and sales

Prepare accurate quotes and process orders efficiently

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across automotive, caravan, and trailer lines

Coordinate with the warehouse and suppliers to ensure stock availability

Build lasting relationships with retail and trade customers

Contribute to sales targets and help maintain a clean, organized showroom

What You’ll Bring:

Experience in spare parts sales (automotive, caravan, trailer, or similar)

Strong product knowledge in automotive, caravan, or trailer components—or a willingness to learn fast

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Confidence with computer and point-of-sale system

A practical, problem-solving attitude

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
